Minimal equipment required for this weight loss circuit. Five exercises are conducted in a row in a circuit-style fashion (no more than 15 sec of rest between each exercise, 2-3 sets of 15-20 reps) with the cardio interval built into the circuit (the 5th exercises is usually a 2-3 minute 'sprint' interval that can be done on a treadmill/elliptical/bike or outside). Circuit 1: reverse lunge with twist, push-ups, static scissor crunch, reverse DB flye, cardio 2-3 min Circuit 2: Forward lunge-n-reach, Plank rollouts, tricep dips, alternating DB shoulder press, cardio 2-3 min Circuit 3: squat jumps, jacknife with ball, iron chair hammer curl, mountain climbers, cardo 2-3min Equipment: physioball, db's (wieght depends on fitness level, start at 5-8 lbs) Developed and Demo'ed by Randy Leopando, CSCS
