Personally I really enjoy a great Elliptical Workout; I like to use the programmed settings to ensure that I am varying my workout each time. As a busy Mom it is not easy for me to find time to set aside to work out. Having an at home option is a MUST. Working out is crucial to my sanity and my waist line.
